Clincierge has been named one of the 2020 Best Places to Work by the Philadelphia Business Journal in the small-size business category. Clincierge was one of 90 small-size companies, which includes companies with 10-49 employees, awarded the Best Place to Work title.

“This award honors our exceptional employees and the culture that we continue to create and foster together,” said Scott Gray, President, and CEO of Clincierge. “Our inclusive mission is reflected in every aspect of what we do, from our internal culture to our continued commitment to providing patient-centric services to improve patient diversity and access to clinical trials.”

According to the Philadelphia Business Journal, a record number of companies across the area competed to be named a 2020 Best Place To Work. Clincierge was selected based on an employee survey administered by Quantum Workplace, which ranked categories including communication and resources, individual needs, manager effectiveness, personal engagement, compensation, benefits, team dynamics, and trust in leadership.

Clincierge and other top-ranked companies will be revealed online and in a special print publication in The Philadelphia Business Journal on July 31.
