We set our pay rate based on the U.S. national level, so regardless of your geographic location, you can rest assured you’re being paid fairly. In addition, we take pride in our commitment to transparency by voluntarily disclosing salaries in our job posts.

401k Plan

Clincierge will contribute 3% of your salary to your 401k whether you decide to or not. In addition, we provide an annual discretionary profit share.

Generous Paid Time Off

Take time when you need it. First-year employees receive 17 days of PTO and 14 paid holidays, which includes up to 3 floating holidays per year.

We believe in promotion from within, and that starts with the growth and development of our employees. Clincierge provides both internal and external resources for training and education, including our Tuition Reimbursement Program, which offers you up to $5,250 per year.
