Sales and Marketing

Clincierge is proud to work with the Hiring Our Heroes (HOH) organization. Founded in 2011, HOH connects United States military service personnel, veterans, spouses, and caregivers to employers across the country.

Highly skilled individuals are paired with civilian employers searching for candidates with specific skill sets through the HOH Corporate Fellowship Program. Over the course of six to twelve weeks, fellows are immersed in the company culture and provided with hands-on experience, with the potential for full-time employment at the completion of the fellowship.

Valerie Cloutier, Legal and Administrative Manager in our Compliance Department, first presented the idea of  Clincierge working with Hiring Our Heroes. A military spouse herself, she understands the many challenges associated with frequent relocations and how these moves affect long-term employment opportunities. She explains how the HOH Fellowship Program is mutually beneficial for the company and the employee:

“As a military spouse of 20 years, I know firsthand the challenges of moving every two to three years and finding new employment each time while setting up your family in a new city. The Hiring Our Heroes Program is so important because it offers transitioning service members and military spouses real-life world experience, mentorship, and the opportunity to show their worth. Many of these individuals may have been overlooked for similar positions in the past. Employers who work with HOH also benefit, as they gain access to high caliber applicants with specialized qualifications and experience beyond typical job applicants.”

Since beginning our work with Hiring Our Heroes in 2022, Clincierge has had four fellows join our ranks, with three individuals already transitioning from their fellowships to full-time employment with our company.

Xavier Cooper, Cybersecurity Analyst Fellow

Xavier recently began his 12-week program with Clincierge as a Cybersecurity Analyst Fellow. Xavier is currently a US Army member stationed in Colorado.

Sandra Stevens, Quality and Risk Analyst

Sandra was our inaugural fellow and is a military spouse. She also comes to Clincierge from Colorado and began her six-week fellowship on May 9, 2022. Sandra joined our Compliance Department as a Quality Assurance Fellow, and upon completing the program, she joined Clincierge full-time as our Quality and Risk Analyst.

Clincierge Employee

Clincierge understands the many challenges associated with relocating patients within the United States and around the world to participate in clinical trials. Our top priority is procuring safe housing accommodations with appropriate amenities for the patient and their caregiver or family. We also consider the logistics involved in moving the patient’s possessions, managing the necessary paperwork for long-term stays, securing educational opportunities for siblings, and any additional unique needs that may arise.

Through our partnership with Hiring Our Heroes, we seek to understand better the challenges facing US military service personnel, veterans, spouses, and caregivers through relocation and acclimation to life in the civilian world. The mission of the HOH organization fits seamlessly with that of Clincierge, and we look forward to the many mutual benefits this partnership will provide.
